Our Therapists


For over 25 years the physiotherapists in the Juliet Moss and Associates Physiotherapy Clinic have been committed to delivering an excellent and caring service. The team ethos is of helping healing through education, encouragement and enablement.

The South London based team also specialize in pilates and rehabilitation after surgery or injury.

Juliet has gathered a dedicated and highly skilled team of senior physiotherapists with additional qualifications in sports injuries, rehabilitation, acupuncture, women’s health, chest physiotherapy, paediatrics, biomechanics and research.

Claire Hahn

Claire graduated from the University of Cape Town in 2003 and has worked in the UK since 2006. Having worked at Juliet Moss Physio since 2008 she loves that she knows so many people in the community having had the opportunity to treat them.


Claire sees her job as a privilege to help patients understand where their pain or dysfunction is coming from and to treat and train them back to full pain-free function.

She employs evidence-based techniques to diagnose, treat and rehabilitate a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. She is a qualified APPI Pilates instructor and loves how Pilates can aid all patients in their rehabilitation.


Claire has a keen interest in women’s health, and having recently become a mother herself she has a new understanding of all the pressures pregnancy and motherhood puts on a woman’s body. Combing her studies and practical experience she is pleased to support women returning to full strength.


Claire has always loved running herself and having completed over 20 marathons and a couple of ultra-marathons she appreciates the challenges of training for these events, and enjoys helping her patients achieve their goals.

Juliet Moss

Juliet Moss (MCSP SRP Dip Manip Th Dip MDT) qualified in New Zealand in 1976. She went on to gain a Diploma in Manipulative Therapy in 1980 and to train in acupuncture in 1981 in Sydney.Juliet moved to London in 1983 and took a Diploma in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy in 1985. A founding member of the McKenzie Institute, she has taught Spinal Mechanical Therapies in the UK and Europe. Juliet specialises in chronic pain, women’s health, child and adolescent mechanical pain and sports injuries. She is currently teaching the physiotherapy component of a new parents’ course at the Thurleigh Road Practice.

Sarah Fetter

Sarah grew up and went to school in Durban, South Africa where she discovered her love for sports and physio. She studied physiotherapy at the University of Witwatersrand graduating in 2019. While studying Sarah continued her love for sport playing tennis for the University. 


After graduating Sarah worked in Durban for three years with two of them being in private practice where she continued developing her interest in musculoskeletal and sports conditions. During this time Sarah completed her APPI Pilates training and dry needling. Sarah then moved to London in January this year.  


Sarah’s goals for the year are running another marathon, finishing her Masters in Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy and exploring London and more of Europe.


Jennifer Dennis

Jennifer Dennis qualified as a Physiotherapist in New York State in 1991, then doing a Masters in Applied Physiology. Since moving to London in 1993 she has worked in medical/surgical rehabilitation and community care.

Jenny qualified as a Pilates Instructor with APPI in 2003 and runs local pilates classes.

Her main interests and expertise are Clinical Pilates, core stability with low back and pre and post natal pain, women’s health and community assessment.

Wilson Mbutu

Wilson brings a wealth of experience gathered from several years working in the NHS for various hospitals and rehabilitation clinics. Having studied in the Netherlands and worked in Kenya, he was recruited by a hospital in Essex where he worked for a few years before moving to London. 


With a passion for helping clients get back to health after injury, illness or general weakness, Wilson takes time to know his clients and helps them achieves their aims. With good experience in both neurological and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, Wilson utilizes evidence based methods to achieve good outcomes within good time periods.


Wilson strives to keep developing as a physiotherapist and is pursuing his Advanced Physiotherapy Masters whilst also training in diagnostic ultrasound for musculoskeletal conditions. In his spare time, Wilson enjoys running and training for half marathons with occasional gym work and therefore enjoys treating running injuries as well as general rehabilitation.
